Dr. Jade Gilbert is truly outstanding—she’s not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind gentle and attentive. She always takes the time to explain everything and makes sure I feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. Maria, the office manager, is fantastic at what she does. She keeps everything running smoothly and is always happy to help with scheduling or insurance questions. I really appreciate her efficiency and friendly attitude. Stephanie and Sandra are both wonderful—so warm, professional, and great at putting patients at ease. My last visit I had the pleasure of meeting Sandy. (Sandra)calm demeanor and friendly attitude made a big difference. She was professional, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. The entire team at First Street Dental Group is exceptional. I would like to express my regrets on my previous review on Jade. There was misunderstanding on both our part. There concern in resolving my issues were immediately taken care of. I will return to doing my dental care as needed twice yearly.
